The Splash is a very attractive hybrid chicken that would stand out from the crowd, every bird has different markings. Its base colour is Lavender with random feahers of dark blue throughout the bird.  These differences can make it easy to tell them apart for naming. One of the lighter weight hybrids. They are said to be a leghorn cross.

Temperament – Lively bird, self sufficient. Unlikely to go broody. Very robust. Lightweight.

Eggs – They are a layer of white / cream eggs and can lay up to approximately 280 a year.
