The Lohmann Brown is a traditional style hen. If you asked someone to drawer a hen this is probably what you would see. They are the friendliest of all the hybrids and very easy to handle. Ideal for children. Extremely nosey and inquisitive.

Temperament – Friendly. Inquisitive. An exceptionally good layer. Hardy.

Eggs – They are a layer of light brown eggs and can lay up to approximately 320 in their first year of lay.
