The Amberlink is a very sought-after bird which are now proving hard to get hold of. It takes some quite complex breeding to produce them. They have a great all-around performance, with an excellent temperament. Amberlinks are also a great forager, significantly better at finding its own food than most other backyard breeds. The Amberlink is a fantastic choice for northern climates, as it is quite cold hardy as well as heat tolerant.

Temperament –  Very friendly. Inquisitive. An exceptionally good layer. Hardy.

Eggs – They are a layer of mid-brown eggs and can lay up to approximately 320 in their first year of lay.
